You acknowledge and represent that you are physically sound and do not suffer from any illness, impairment, disease or other condition that would prevent you from participating in the class, and/or performing any exercises.

Some classes will be recorded for promotional purposes, and by registering for one of our classes you agree to being captured on video and potentially shared across our relevant promotional channels and the channels of our partners.

You have the option of notifying instructors at the start of your session should you not wish to be captured.
