 • Comfortable, flexible clothing - anything that lets your body move freely (shorts, leggings; whatever makes you feel confident, powerful, sexy - #nojudgement).

Our classes are inclusive, body-positive, and open to all - we focus on progress over perfection. You’ll always be offered modifications and encouraged to move at your own pace. You’ll be surprised what your body can do!

Open Class: All levels welcome. Each session includes options for beginners building foundations and dancers ready for more advanced variations.

Phase 1 / Private Intensives: Intermediate to advanced. Designed for dancers who want to deepen their technique, explore performance-style choreography, and push the capacity of their learning.
