By purchasing a ticket or membership and participating in any class, workshop or event by TNV Movement, you confirm that you fully understand and voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness or physical harm associated with your attendance. You also confirm that you are physically fit, able to participate, and have disclosed any relevant health conditions, injuries or pregnancies before class.

You agree that TNV is not responsible for loss, damage or injury resulting from your participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You further agree that any media (photo or video) captured during class may be used by TNV and its partners for promotional or educational purposes, unless you notify the instructor at the start of the session.
